i highly recommend the blastflipstick as a drugstore lipstick.
it has a matte texture that STAYS on better than any prestige lipstick i've tried.
it is also Tania (sephora make-up artist) approved.

  1. I will have to try that lipstick. It looks good on you.

  2. Very cool. Thanks for the tip about the lipstick, I'll have to try it too. Love Forever 21 - one of the favorites at our house. ;)

  3. Hi Alyssa, I'm here because your mom gave me a great tip about a fab blog (yours) :-). Actually I'm also here to offer you some vinyl, classic vinyl. We are in the process of purging for a move and I remembered you like classic rock, 60s, 70s, maybe 80s??? We have a lot of records we will be getting rid of, either selling or donating. I would rather they go to someone like you who has the appreciation for such greatness. Let me know your parameters and I will look at what we have and also suggest some others you may be interested in.

I know you probably have no recollection who I am, but my husband, Alan is Eric's stepbrother. We showed up at your home in Marietta during the hurricanes in 2004. Our son, Zach and his new wife live in LA and have for about 5 years now. Wendy, our daughter is relocating out there this summer and we will be moving out there as well - yikes!

Your mom tells me that you are a Music History major now and that sounds so awesome! LA will be the perfect place for you. Zach works for Reason.TV as a writer, videographer, reporter, producer, whatever - loves it. His wife, Lindsey, is in casting and is rising in that business. Wendy graduated with a degree in Hospitality and hopes to start her career out there in that field, but she will probably be quite envious of your major as she is a major music-head. Mainly contemporary indie/alternative.

Anyway, didn't mean to go on and on. Let me know if you are interested in the vinyl and do a background check with your mom on us.
